Houston Embroidery Service makes embroidered patches with Chinese thread; we can also use Madeira thread as per your request. We have 389 thread colors for embroidery and 60+ fabric colors for the background. We use polyester twill as the background of the patches. We have Japanese Barudan embroidery machines.
We make embroidered patches with iron-on, hook and loop (velcro), self-adhesive, and plastic lamination attachments. We simply don’t attach anything to make sew-on patches. Please read more about patch backing options.
Our regular turnaround time is 15 working days for orders of up to 1000 embroidered patches. We may take a longer time for larger quantities orders. Please get in touch with us and discuss your project deadline.
We also offer rush turnaround for embroidered patches; we have two rush services: 5 working days at a 50% additional fee and 3-working-day at a 100% additional fee. Please call us to check availability.
Our patches manufacturing facility is in Karachi, Pakistan. We use DHL to ship our products; they take 7 to 10 days. Sometimes, they take longer than usual. It depends on the weather, flight availability, and their customs department processing. Please get in touch with your local DHL office to get updates about your package.
