Embroidered patches are the perfect way to add a unique and personalized touch to any clothing item. Whether you are looking to customize a hoodie, hat, jacket, or bag, embroidered patches are the perfect way to showcase your style. Not only are they stylish and eye–catching, but they also can be used to commemorate special occasions, show off affiliations, or just add a fun and distinctive touch to your wardrobe. Embroidered patches are made from a variety of materials, such as felt, denim, twill, and more. They can be stitched directly onto the fabric or adhered with an iron–on adhesive. Embroidered patches are an easy, yet effective way to customize your clothing and make a statement.

Houston Embroidery Service makes embroidered patches with Chinese thread; we can also use Madeira thread as per your request. We have 389 thread colors for embroidery and 60+ fabric colors for the background. We use polyester twill as the background of the patches. We have Japanese Barudan embroidery machines.

We make embroidered patches with iron-on, hook and loop (velcro), self-adhesive, and plastic lamination attachments. We simply don’t attach anything to make sew-on patches. Please read more about patch backing options.

Our regular turnaround time is 15 working days for orders of up to 1000 embroidered patches. We may take a longer time for larger quantities orders. Please get in touch with us and discuss your project deadline.

We also offer rush turnaround for embroidered patches; we have two rush services: 5 working days at a 50% additional fee and 3-working-day at a 100% additional fee. Please call us to check availability.

Our patches manufacturing facility is in Karachi, Pakistan. We use DHL to ship our products; they take 7 to 10 days. Sometimes, they take longer than usual. It depends on the weather, flight availability, and their customs department processing. Please get in touch with your local DHL office to get updates about your package.
