Welcome to Houston Embroidery Service. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully before proceeding with any transactions.


1. Company Overview

Houston Embroidery Service is a Texas-based LLC specializing in custom clothing, custom patches, and clothing accessories for both end buyers and resellers. Our products are manufactured at our overseas facility, and all orders require full payment in advance before production begins.


2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full and in advance before production can commence.

  • We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other approved methods.

  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


3. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Production times vary based on product type, order size, and complexity.

  • Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

  • Houston Embroidery Service is not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide using reputable carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Houston Embroidery Service is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or external factors.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries.


5. Customization & Artwork Approval

All custom orders require artwork approval before production begins. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details, including spelling, colors, and layout. Once an order is approved and enters production, no modifications or cancellations can be accommodated.

Artwork Acceptance Policy

Houston Embroidery Service reserves the right to approve or reject any artwork submitted for production. We do not accept designs that contain:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content

  • Alcohol-related themes or promotions

  • Gambling-related imagery

  • Drug-related content or references

  • Depictions of illegal activities

  • Hate speech, violence, or offensive material

  • Content that does not align with religious sensitivity and respect

If a submitted design is deemed unacceptable, we will notify the customer and provide the opportunity to submit a revised design.


6. Product Disclaimer

  • Handmade Variations: Minor variations in stitching, alignment, and measurements may occur.

  • Material Differences: Fabric texture, thickness, and composition may vary slightly.

  • Color Representation: Screen settings and dye batches may cause minor color differences.

  • Measurement Tolerance: Small discrepancies due to manual production are within acceptable tolerance.


7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for defective or incorrect products due to our error.

  • Issues must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving the order, with clear photographic evidence.


8. Intellectual Property

  • Customers must have legal rights to all submitted artwork.

  • By submitting designs, customers confirm ownership or authorization to use the intellectual property.

  • Houston Embroidery Service is not responsible for verifying ownership.

  • Customers agree to indemnify and hold Houston Embroidery Service harmless from any related claims.

  • Production may be halted if ownership disputes arise.

  • We reserve the right to refuse artwork that may violate intellectual property laws.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • Houston Embroidery Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.


10. Privacy & Data Security

Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade, or share customer information with third parties, except as necessary for order fulfillment.


11. SMS Communications & Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Houston Embroidery Service related to your interactions with us.

Types of SMS Messages

You may receive SMS messages related to:

  • Price and quotation inquiries

  • Order confirmations and updates

  • Invoices and billing communications

  • Shipping notifications and tracking details (including multiple tracking numbers, if applicable)

  • Item-related queries and customer support

  • Promotions, discounts, or special offers (limited to no more than one SMS per week)

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your inquiry, order, invoice, or service request. Some orders or events may require multiple SMS messages. There is no predefined limit for service-related messages.

SMS Consent & Privacy

SMS consent and phone numbers will never be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
