Wholesale Patches for Clothing and Bags
We are a patch manufacturing company registered in Texas with overseas factories. We make all types of wholesale patches for clothing (hats, jackets, uniforms) and bags at wholesale prices.

Wholesale Embroidered Patches
We produce embroidered patches with a merrowed border. We also make patches with an embroidered border. The embroidery machine makes this border, then cut it with a hot tool by hand.

Wholesale Printed Patches
When artwork is not possible in embroidery, we recommend our customers go with printed patches. We use dye sublimation printing to transfer vivid images into the fabric and then do a merrow.

Wholesale Faux Leather Patches
Faux leather patches are trendy nowadays; big brands use leather tags as their brand logo on clothing. We can create a unique and beautiful faux leather patch for your brand logo.
Wholesale Real Leather Patches
Genuine/real leather is available in limited colors. Some people prefer genuine leather patches due to their unique structure. We do offer both: classic debossing and the latest laser engraving.

Patches with Iron-on Backing
Iron-on backing or attachment is very easy. We can add iron on backing to embroidery, printed, and leather patches. Iron-on is not suitable with debossed leather patches. Always sew debossed patches.
Patches with Velcro Backing
Velcro attachment is suitable for all types of patches, including leather debossed patches. We attach the hard side of velcro (hood side) to the back of a patch. The soft side is attached to the garment.

Attachment Options
There are several backing options available for printed patches such as,Iron on backing,Hook and Loop, Velcro backing, Self-adhesive, needless to say that Standard sew on backing is the solution of everything.
Iron on Backing
People love iron-on patches because they are easy to attach to any clothing item. You can attach an iron-on patch with a dry home iron; you can also use a professional heat press machine for this job. These patches are attached to garments permanently; they don’t come off if applied properly.
Hook & Loop (Velcro)
Velcro backing is easy to apply and remove, so you can change up your patches as often as you like. This type of backing uses two strips of velcro – one on the back of the patch and one on the surface where it will be affixed. When you press the two together, they create a secure bond that will keep your patch firmly in place.
Self-adhesive
Self-adhesive (also called peel and stick) is used to place the patch in the required position before sewing. It makes the sewing job much easier. Not all sewing professionals need self-adhesive with embroidered patches; experienced sewing service providers sew the patch with the help of a pin or needle.
Plastic Lamination
Plastic lamination backing makes patches more firm and stiff. The back of an embroidered patch has ties and trimmed threads; they look ugly. Even though no one sees the back after applying the patch, some people still don’t like that. So they need plastic backing to hide all those tiny threads and ties of an embroidered patch.
