Printing on Men's Single Ply Reversible Jersey (589RSP)
Clear decoration areas
Plan printing for both faces of the bonded mesh separately. Review the layout across men's S–3XL sizes. Keep the design clear of felled seams and the jock tag, and compare logo contrast on each color.
Separate layouts for the reversible faces
Through vector conversion, a suitable image can become editable outlines for printing. Prepare a separate layout for each 589RSP face, with logo contrast checked against both fabric colors and the actual panel boundaries.
Construction and fit of Men's Single Ply Reversible Jersey (589RSP)
Fabric and stated properties
The 589RSP jersey from Alleson Athletic uses 100% polyester bonded mesh. The reversible fabric is single ply rather than double ply.
Garment shape and construction
In Sleeveless Jerseys & Tanks, This fully reversible jersey uses single-ply bonded mesh in two colors. Felled seams and an Alleson jock tag distinguish it from double-ply reversible basketball options. For the men's version, the listed sizes are S–3XL.
