Custom Golf Hats with Your Embroidered Logo

Custom golf hats with… your logo embroidered on the front crown. Performance, cotton and rope caps in women's, small-fit, XL and youth sizes. Get a quote.

A tournament field or a pro shop cap wall never comes in one head size. You'll have regular adults, a couple of big heads, a women's flight and some juniors, so sort the player list into those four piles first. It saves swaps later. We embroider your logo on the front crown (the front panel above the bill) of the custom golf hats on this page, and you can choose from performance polyester, cotton and rope caps. Fabric matters too. But the four piles decide more.

Performance, Cotton or Rope Cap?

Most caps here are polyester. The Imperial X210P Original Performance Cap is a good one to start with: 100% recycled polyester, moisture-wicking (built to move sweat away from you), UPF 50+ protection, and an unstructured six-panel, low-profile crown. Unstructured means no stiff backing behind the front, so the crown stays soft. Its listing shows 34 colors, which makes matching a club color a lot easier.

UPF 50+ is a sun-protection rating on the fabric. It's on some listings here, not all of them, so check the cap you like before you count on it.

Prefer cotton? The Imperial 5056 Barnes Rope Cap is 100% lightweight cotton twill with a woven rope braid. It's structured (stiff front panels), five-panel, mid-profile. The vineyard vines F001780 is 100% cotton too, six-panel mid-profile, with vent eyelets (small stitched air holes) and a slide buckle.

And the rope. That's the cord running across the front of the bill, and there are a lot of rope caps on this page, in polyester and in cotton. The Imperial 5054 Wrightson, for one, lists 31 colors with a contrasting rope braid.

Two Swannies caps, the SWD800 and the SWB100, are 88/12 polyester/spandex. Both are listed as water-repellent, the SWB100 with a DWR finish.

What Fits a Whole Golf Field?

Tournament organizers like to order one adjustable cap for the whole field and call it done. It works for the middle of the field. Not the edges, though. A strap only covers the range printed on the size chart. On the course, the piles want different things too. Your women's flight may like the ponytail cap, and players stuck out in the afternoon sun can look for a UPF 50+ listing like the X210P or the L210P. Here's what the listings show for the caps that cover the edges of your list:

The big heads

Ordering custom golf hats for men's leagues or a sales team? There's often a guy or two whose head runs big. Give them the X210P in XL. Or go with a sized cap like the Under Armour 6015033, 91/9 polyester/elastance, which runs from S/M up to XL/2XL. The Flexfit ATB102 comes in S/M and L/XL, in 97/3 polyester/spandex with Pro-Performance® moisture-management.

The catch? The Imperial X210X, the structured mid-profile cousin of the X210P, lists its sizing as 6 5/8 – 7 3/8. Somebody who wears a 7 1/2 won't get there.

Women's league and smaller heads

The Infinity Her caps are women's styles. The Infinity Her SOPHIE is 100% polyester with micro geometric perforated side and back panels (small laser-cut holes), moisture-management, and a lightly structured six-panel, low-profile crown. The MAYA is brushed cotton twill with a rope braid, and the GABY is 97/3 polyester/spandex.

For smaller heads in general, the Imperial L210P Small Fit lists 6 3/4" – 7 1/8" and shows 28 colors. The Imperial L5059 Corral Rope Cap lists that same small range. And for ponytails, the Imperial L338 Hinsen has an open back panel with matching elastic cross bands. Big help.

Juniors

The Team 365 TT801Y is the youth Zone Performance Cap: 4 oz/yd2 (ounces per square yard) polyester interlock, structured six-panel, snapback closure (a strap with snaps at the back), One Size. The adult TT801 uses the same fabric, so parents and kids can match.

Junior-cap note: put the youth caps on their own order line, and don't assume the adult logo size carries over. Check the youth front on its own, before anything gets stitched.

Embroidered Golf Hats: Which Spot Takes the Logo?

The front crown. The Imperial listings name that spot, and it's where people look anyway. Those same listings say to keep the artwork clear of seams, mesh, rope, perforations, eyelets and the maker's own branding. We'd keep the logo up off the rope, with a little air between the two.

Truth is, a club crest on the back sounds nice until you look at the back. The Under Armour 6015033 has a heat-seal logo at center back, the vineyard vines F001780 lists a stock back logo, and the X210P and X210X put an Imperial woven label right by the micro hook-and-loop closure. So the front crown it is.

Your logo gets digitized up front. In plain words, we redraw it as a set of needle paths so the cap machine knows where each stitch lands. On stretchy polyester/spandex caps, that setup matters. Wrong backing (the stabilizer behind the fabric) and the cap front can wrinkle and pull around the logo. Shop talk calls that puckering. Curious about the machine side? Read about our cap and apparel embroidery. One exception on the method side: the YP Classics 6502BD listing allows a sew-on patch on its open front panel as well as embroidery.

How Do You Order Custom Golf Hats With Your Logo?

A single cap counts as an order. Custom golf hats with no minimum means one hat for the club champion works, and a full field split across five styles works too. You can mix caps, colors and sizes in one order. Stocking a pro shop cap wall works the same way: a few of each style and color, one order.

Your price depends on the cap itself, the stitch count (the total number of stitches in your logo; size and detail push it up), how many logo spots, and how many caps. Attach the logo to a golf cap quote, list the styles and counts per pile, and you'll get one number for the whole field.

Mockup first, meaning a preview image of the cap wearing your logo: it shows up in your inbox 2–3 working days after our team gets the logo. Once you approve the mockup, a smaller cap order wraps up within 7–10 working days. Tournament field with a lot of players? Check the production date with us first, then print the flyer. Any art you send us follows our Artwork Acceptance Policy when it comes in.

All our caps live under custom hats. Want more performance caps? Try performance hats. Some players skip the crown altogether: golf visors are their own page. And for the shirt to go with it, see polo shirts to match, or browse everything in our apparel section.

Got your four piles counted? Then the cap list gets short fast.
