Dye Sublimation Printed Patches
In printed patches, we do not use threads. Instead, a graphic designer creates a digital picture of an artwork which is printed on the twill fabric by a heat-transferred process which is called dye sublimation.
Full-Color Printed Patches
No threads, just vivid detail — dye-sublimated patches print your artwork directly on twill fabric with lasting clarity.

Every great patch starts with the right materials. We use durable twill, high-strength threads, and long-lasting adhesives to ensure your patches keep their color and shape wash after wash. Quality materials mean better texture, richer color, and a professional finish every time.
Details matter, even at the edge. Choose between classic merrowed borders for a thick, rounded look or laser-cut and heat-cut edges for modern, sharp shapes. Each border style not only defines your patch’s shape but also adds durability and character to the overall design.
Different uses need different backings. From iron-on and Velcro to adhesive and sew-on options, we offer every attachment style to fit your project. Each backing is designed for strong hold, easy application, and long-term reliability across any fabric type.

What is Sublimation Dye Printing?
Sublimation dye printing is a form of printing that uses heat and pressure to transfer dye onto materials. It’s a unique process that produces vivid, detailed images that are resistant to fading and cracking. The dye sublimation is printed onto special transfer paper and then heated to a high temperature. This causes the dye to vaporize, which is then transferred to the material.
Understanding Dye Sublimation Printing
A heat-transfer method that infuses dye into fabric, creating vibrant, fade-resistant prints with incredible detail and durability.
How Sublimation Printing Works
Heat and pressure turn dye into vapor, bonding it to fabric — producing rich colors that never peel or crack.

Attachment Options
There are several backing options available for printed patches such as,Iron on backing,Hook and Loop, Velcro backing, Self-adhesive, needless to say that Standard sew on backing is the solution of everything.
Iron on Backing
People love iron-on patches because they are easy to attach to any clothing item. You can attach an iron-on patch with a dry home iron; you can also use a professional heat press machine for this job. These patches are attached to garments permanently; they don’t come off if applied properly. Send us query for price quote.
Hook & Loop (Velcro)
Velcro backing is easy to apply and remove, so you can change up your patches as often as you like. This type of backing uses two strips of velcro – one on the back of the patch and one on the surface where it will be affixed. When you press the two together, they create a secure bond that will keep your patch firmly in place.
Self-adhesive
Self-adhesive (also called peel and stick) is used to place the patch in the required position before sewing. It makes the sewing job much easier. Not all sewing professionals need self-adhesive with embroidered patches; experienced sewing service providers sew the patch with the help of a pin or needle.
Plastic Lamination
Plastic lamination backing makes patches more firm and stiff. The back of an embroidered patch has ties and trimmed threads; they look ugly. Even though no one sees the back after applying the patch, some people still don’t like that. So they need plastic backing to hide all those tiny threads and ties of an embroidered patch.
