We are very pleased with our Letters for our students athletes. This was our first time offering letters, and we could not have more pleased in the quality. The ease of placing an order with the design team was great. The company does have a warehouse in Houston, but all their patches are made in Pakistan and are shipped in. I had to pay customs on my package, and that didn't make me happy. It was $20. And it was in very fine print, so I missed it when I finalized my order. But, it's not a deal breaker. A few weeks ago I became interested in ordering a patch for the back of my motorcycle vest. I did a lot of research online and narrowed my options down to two. First, I emailed a company out of Phoenix because it was close enough to where I live that I could pick up the patch in person and avoid the shipping charges and delays. The next day I emailed HES. HES responded to my email with a price quote, emailed me a photo proof of the design, emailed me an invoice, emailed me the waiver form, made my patch, AND shipped it out with a tracking number all two days BEFORE the first company even responded to my email! When the patch arrived (much quicker than I expected), it appeared to be very well made and of superb quality. I had no trouble sewing it onto my vest and it looks amazing! I highly recommend this place if your looking for quality patches for leather and other jackets. I emailed them with nothing but an idea and half a picture. They responded fast and really embodied my idea much better than I imagined it myself. Shipped two days after we confirmed final design and I received the package within 4 days. I have enjoyed all interactions I've had. Top-tier response time and order processing has been quick. Each customer service experience has been pleasant. I hand-sew these patches on our product, the patches themselves have been good for the price. Attention to detail is important to me, I'd say about 80% of each order I have had met my standards of sellable. I know it's not feasible to have every patch perfect in bulk ordering but I'd appreciate a higher percentage of cleaner cuts or credit towards future orders for patches that are not sellable. To be perfectly honest, I was skeptical about entrusting my brand to this company. The business name suggests that they are based in the US, but they are located over seas. I delayed my order with them to try to find someone else but they followed up with me during that process and assured me that I would receive my order quickly and it would be of great quality. That was a severe understatement! I received my product in less than a week AND the quality was AMAZING! The price is also incredibly fair. Houston Embroidery Service team were extremely efficient, polite, and gets the work done! I placed an order for some patches for denim jackets that needed to be completed in a week (it was Thanksgiving week too!), and they completed them a day early. The results were BEAUTIFUL! Houston Embroidery Service did a great job with my first embroidered patches order for polo shirts printing. This was a big order for me (500 embroidered patches) and I was worried they wouldn't be on time or not right, since I would have a flight to catch and had someone else picking them up. But everything worked out perfectly!! We worked out the pricing- yes, I used the nice 30% off offer :) and pricing for rush beat all the other companies in TX I contacted. All of my many emails were answered promptly and patiently with no issues. The customer service was comfortable and easy no stress and the 10 days order was complete 2 days ahead of time!!!
