Reseller terms
- Who qualifies. Anyone who resells our kind of products: promotional products distributors, print and embroidery shops, retailers, online sellers and agencies. You must show proof that you sell these products: a website, social media page, marketplace shop or channel, or a government-issued document. HES reviews every application and may approve or decline it.
- Wholesale pricing. Approved resellers see wholesale prices, 30% below our retail prices, on all products when signed in to their account. Shipping is not discounted. Discount offers and coupon codes do not apply to wholesale prices.
- Blind shipping. On request, orders ship blind to your customer, with no HES branding or invoice in the box.
- Artwork and approval. You confirm you have the right to use every logo you send. Every order needs a signed approval form before production. For orders under $200, HES may accept approval by email.
- Sales tax. Texas resellers: upload your Texas resale or exemption certificate (Form 01-339) to buy without sales tax. Without a valid certificate on file, HES charges Texas sales tax. We keep certificates on file.
- Account. Your reseller account is personal to your business. HES may remove reseller access at any time, for example for misuse or non-payment.
- Everything else. All other terms follow our Terms of Service, policies and FAQ.
