We are very pleased with our Letters for our students athletes. This was our first time offering letters, and we could not have more pleased in the quality. The ease of placing an order with the design team was great. The company does have a warehouse in Houston, but all their patches are made in Pakistan and are shipped in. I had to pay customs on my package, and that didn't make me happy. It was $20. And it was in very fine print, so I missed it when I finalized my order. But, it's not a deal breaker.
