DTF can carry detailed or multicolor artwork on a suitable body or sleeve area after the transfer settings and placement are reviewed. Seams, collar construction and sleeve hems are checked before approval.
Print Placement on the AllPro 48400 Long Sleeve Tee
The front and back body panels provide the main areas for printed company, team or event graphics, while the long sleeves can support smaller marks only when their placement clears the sleeve seams and hem. Final artwork is reviewed around the collar and rolled-forward shoulders before approval.
AllPro 48400 Long Sleeve Construction
The AllPro 48400 is a 4 oz./yd² 100% polyester interlock jersey long sleeve tee with Pro-Lock technology. The cationic disperse-dyed fabric is described as a bleed-resistant print surface and includes moisture-management properties, UPF 50 protection and snag resistance. It has a standard fit, self-fabric collar, hemmed sleeves and tear-away label.
